Invitation

The EITA-EITC 2016, the 16th Emerging Information and Technology Conference (coexists with the EITA-AOEAS 2016, the Conference on Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, Aerospace and Ocean Engineering 2016), will be held on Tuesday-Wednesday, May 17-18, 2016 at the Stewart Center, Purdue University, Indiana, U.S.A.. The conference theme of the EITA-EITC 2016 is "Recent Research Advances in Smart Cities, Clean Energy, Smart Technology and the Internet Of Things, Earth, Atmospheric, and Environmental Sciences". The main objective of the EITA-EITC 2016 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Smart Cities, Clean Energy, New Media, Big Data, Data-driven Discoveries and Uncertainty Quantification, Smart Technology and the Internet of Things, High Performance and Cloud Computing, Earth, Atmospheric and Environmental Sciences. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

We are pleased to invite you to attend the EITA-EITC 2016 and submit proposals (invited talks only) for papers, panels, demonstrations, and SIG discussions. The Conference Review Policy requires that each proposal will be peer-reviewed by for inclusion in the conference program, and CD-ROM proceedings.

Workshops

The EITA-EITC 2016 conference consists of three parallel workshops: 

 

  • Workshop 1 (W1): Smart Cities, Smart Mobility and Transportation, Smart Environments, Smart Supply Chain and Logistics, and Smart Manufacturing
  • Workshop 2 (W2): Earth, Atmospheric, and Environmental Sciences, Smart Home and Green Building, Clean Energy and Smart Energy Management
  • Workshop 3 (W3): New Media, the Internet of Things, Big Data, Machine Learning, Data-driven Discoveries and Uncertainty Quantification, High Performance and Cloud Computing

 

Possible Workshop Topics

The EITA-EITC 2016 conference is structured around a number of sub-themes that include -but are not limited to, the following topics:

 

 

as they relate to the research and development aspects of Clean Energy, Smart Environments, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, Aerospace and Ocean Engineering, Smart Cities, etc.. The long lists are not meant to be all-inclusive. Rather, they should be used to stimulate and encourage other ideas and possibilities.

Proceedings

All paper submissions must be written in English and will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings (CD-ROM formats) as well as on the EITC-EITC 2016 website. You may download the Proceedings through the Internet. These proceedings serve as major sources in the global high-tech community, reflecting the current state of the art in the disciplines.
