Volunteer Service Awards

Work Smart with Thinking Forward



This annual award is presented to an individual who has contributed dedicated and important volunteer service to the EITA teams.

Recipients receive a (virtual) plaque engraved with their name, merits, and signed by the chair of the EITA-EITC managing committee. The award is presented by the chair of the EITA-EITC managing committee at an EITA (virtual) meeting during EITA's award presentation session.

The selection committee is appointed by the chair of the EITA-EITC managing committee and consists of a combination of recent recipients of the award and current EITA-EITC management team members. The committee solicits nominations from the members of the EITA-EITC advisory board and the EITA-EITC managing committee, in the context of the nominees' specific and general contributions to the EITA teams.

Nominations should be made electronically to the current chair of the selection committee no later than December 1 of each year.
